Delivery and packaging
Diamondlite offers free delivery within Singapore. And free shipping to all other countries with a minimum purchase of S$500.
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorisation and verification have been obtained. All orders will be process and shipped within 2 to 4 working days. Once the merchandise has been sent, you will be notified of the tracking number by email.
Your order will be packed in a Diamondlite gift box, and packed in an external box for an added protection. Should you require a personalized gift card, do select this option at the check out page.
International orders may be subjected to your local custom inspections and duties. For countries with import duty, the recipient will be responsible for the dutiable amount based on the full shipping value of the merchandise.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Ensuring your order is in the best condition and passed our quality control. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, do contact us within 7 days from the date your receive the parcel. You can choose between a one-time product exchange or full refund.
Product to be exchange or refund must not be worn, damaged, scratched or altered in anyway. And return together with the packaging. Do inspect your orders immediately upon receiving the package, so we can address it early. Sales item is not eligible for refund or exchange.
Do note that that you are responsible for return shipping cost. We will not be liable for lost shipment. You will be notified by email once the merchandise arrived in our office for inspection. We will begin the process of exchange or refund once the inspection team have verified that the merchandise have not been worn, damaged, scratched or altered in anyway.
Should you choose refund instead of exchange, we will process the funds transfer the next working day. Do note that funds will be credited back to you from 3 to 14 days, depending on the financial institution.
